The European Expression with the financial support of the Ministry of Culture and Sports "for cultural activities for children and adolescents (up to 18 years), within the Yonder Festival, will hold a photo exhibition entitled" My own private Athens - A photo journal ", the which is an opportunity for the unaccompanied minor refugees who are hosted in the two Structures of European Expression in Athens, through their artistic lens, shards of the moments of their daily life.
The exhibition is the result of the cultural action "Life Stories of unaccompanied refugee minors - Creative Photography & Stop Motion Animation" carried out by the teachers of European Expression and which was attended by 11 teenagers, aged 16 to 18, from Afghanistan, Mali, Bangladesh and Pakistan.
The Ministry of Culture and Sports has made it a priority for the supervised and sponsored bodies to strengthen the creativity and imagination of children and young people through educational programs, promoting the active participation of adolescents, playing an essential role in the development of a culture of inclusion.
