Architects (National Technical University of Athens)

A group of students of the School of Architecture of the National Technical University of Athens were hosted in the next country from 19 to 24 October 2018 together with their professor Eleftheria Tsiakanika. The purpose of the seminar was the study of the traditional Zagorian architecture and the work of imprints in the field. The residents welcomed the students who, divided into groups, captured their homes. they also captured the Danish Mansion, an emblematic example of architecture in Zagori. Every night the students worked with their teacher in the room of the next country, analyzed, discussed and defined the work of the next day. They also attended a screening and speech by the Giannioti Architect Pavlos Vlastos, whose architectural office has specialized and undertaken many restoration works in Zagori.
