Team Building with AMKE IASIS

In August 2020, the team of AMKE IASIS was in the next country for a five-day "leisure", rest, reconnection with nature and reconnection between them.

The program included interactive exercises and games in nature, hiking and rafting. The group walked to the monastery of Profitis Ilias where the courtyard was an arena for diagnostic games. The next day we went rafting on the river Voidomatis in Aristi and then for food at the traditional agritourism hostel of Lena in Elafotopos. On the last day, the group crossed the Vikos Gorge (16 km) with a stop at the springs of Voidomatis for rest and swimming in the icy waters. A unique feat for young and old.

In the next country, we are happy to share experiences that fill us, make us feel happy and help maintain the relationship between physical and mental health.

AMKE IASIS is a mental health organization active in Athens and Thessaloniki with the main objectives of

promoting mental health,

the provision of psychiatric care in the Community on the basis of the principles of Social Psychiatry and Psychosocial Rehabilitation,

provision of specialized psychiatric services and psychoeducational interventions to the standards of the Psychiatric Reform and the World Health Organization.
