The notion of time

From Saturday the 9th until Wednesday the 13th of August 2014 the annual peripatetic meeting «9th Vikos crossing, Astraka refuge, Drakolimni, Avgerinos – The notion of time» took place for the fifth consequent time. Sixty five people participated in the activities, twenty five in Vikos Crossing and twenty nine in Tymphi hiking - Drakolimni – Avgerinos after having spent the night at Astraka refuge (2000m high).

The participants enjoyed the informative session offered by the National Park of Northern Pindos Information Center in Aspraggeloi. It was the Voidomatis rafting experience that rocked though.

On Monday night the 11th of August the land beyond hosted the projection of the first film of Theodoros Angelopoulos "Anaparastasi”, shooted in Vitsa in the seventies. Antonis Kanlis made an introduction to the film. Delivering under the moonlight the certificates to those who crossed Vikos gorge completed our fruitful day. Our 2014 pale blue T-shirt was a great success ever!
