2nd Hiking Excursion
in the mountains of Konitsa
Aetomilitsa - Plikati - Chioniades - Vourbiani - Pyrsogianni
We connect Zagori and Prespes on foot, through Grammos and Nestorio, in the footsteps of Roman Egnatia. Two of the most beautiful parts of Greece, of mountainous Greece in particular, established as international tourist destinations, a zone of mountains that unite countries, peoples and cultures of southeastern Europe, in an almost unchanging and unique nature, with a common history and destination. Peace, participation, a world. One Free Green World.
The land beyond in the context of the multi-event YONDER for youth and climate, along with actions to formulate, promote and promote the project, in collaboration with public authorities and other civil society organizations, began exploring the field. A total distance of fifteen daily routes (7-20 km per section).
The second route starts from Aetomilitsa and takes us to Plikati where we will rest, dine, have fun, spend the night. The next morning we will be transferred to Chioniades and walk through Vourbiani to Pyrsogianni.
Meeting point on Saturday (28/8) at 11.00 in the church of Agios Nikolaos in Aetomilitsa.
